Angie Copenhaver began work in the staffing industry in the early 1990's, Ryan Laws worked at a placement firm in Seattle until 2000 when he re-located to the Richland, Washington area. Angie and Ryan met when working as staffing specialists in Kennewick, Washington. After six years of working together, Ryan Laws and Angie Copenhaver started ANR Group Inc. in January 2007.
