Will Baumann, Recruiter
"With over 1000 placements on a variety of technical programs, I guess
you could say I’m a good recruiter but I believe my real strength is
in working with clients—businesses or government organizations
considering the use of a recruiter instead of posting their own ads on
job boards and becoming buried with unqualified resumes. I take the
time to find out what my client is really looking for with the goal of
finding the best qualified candidate for each position. I do my best
to develop long-term business relationships, and work primarily on
referral.”
