Services

ANR prescreens all candidates prior to submitting resumes to the client. Initially, our recruiters screen to verify the candidate is interested in the position and location and that the candidate meets the basic qualifications. Once the candidate becomes an applicant for the position, ANR performs reference checks to verify that the applicant has the background claimed on the resume. When possible, we meet with the applicant face to face before submitting the resume for review by our client.
 

Contingency

Recruiter searches for personnel to fill either direct hire or temporary position - the client only pays for the service once the candidate has been selected by the client.

Retained

ANR provides the client with a dedicated recruiter to focus on a specific opening or openings; a portion of the fee for services is paid in advance to cover recruiter salary and search strategy.

Temporary/Contract Personnel

Outplacement

Layoffs can be very traumatic events. Especially if affected employees have years of service to the company. ANR offers outplacement services to clients going through internal restructuring. Outplacement services can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of the client; this can include training affected employees on how to search and find new employment, dealing with the emotional strain of unemployment, resume writing workshops and hosting job fairs.

Social Media

ANR assists clients in the use of social media platforms to promote their business. This includes Web site design/re-design and methods of improving business presence using social media tools; blogging, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Internships

We believe that the best way for our clients to build a strong workforce, is to have a strong Intern Program. Internships give college students the opportunity to learn about our clients' business and to obtain experience in their chosen field.
